Cancer Care is a comprehensive Cancer insurance policy that provides for the necessary financial support in case of the life assured being diagnosed with early or advanced Cancer. The plan has been introduced by Prudential ICICI Life Insurance Co. Ltd. as a part of their Health Product Suite. |

Entry age: minimum – 20 years; maximum – 55 years |

Maximum age at policy maturity: 70 years |

Policy term: minimum – 10 years; maximum – 50 years |

Minimum premium: Rs.1,200 p.a. |

Sum assured: minimum – Rs.5,00,000; maximum – Rs.25,00,000 |

Comprehensive cover: the plan covers all the types of cancers that usually effect men, women and both. |

Cash payouts: provided for meeting expenses at various stages i.e. diagnosis, treatment, and surgery, at early and advanced stages of cancer. |

Waiver of premium: in case of diagnosis of Advanced Cancer. |
| |
No bills required: for receiving the benefit amounts. |

Benefits under Early Cancer will be available only after 12 months from the date of policy commencement. Whereas, benefits under Advanced Cancer will be available after 6 months from the policy commencement date. |

The benefits under the plan need to be bought in terms of units, where one unit is equivalent to a cover of Rs.1 lakh. The following table shows the benefits payments under the plan, in case of a person covered for Rs.10 lakh (10 units), where he / she has bought 10 units. |
